حال باید توفیق عرفی را به گونه ای توضیح دهیم که با ورود جمع شود:
مرحوم آخوند در نسبت سنجی بین ادله در سه بخش بحث می کند:
- نسبت بین استصحاب و اصول عملیه ی دیگر(چه عقلیه و چه نقلیه)
- نسبت استصحاب با استصحاب دیگر(چه در فرض سببیت و چه در غیرش)
- نسبت بین ادله ی حجیت امارات با استصحاب
