روایت دومی که مرحوم آخوند آورده اند: (مرسله)مَا رَوَاهُ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ‏ إِذَا سَمِعْتَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِكَ الْحَدِيثَ وَ كُلُّهُمْ ثِقَةٌ فَمُوَسَّعٌ عَلَيْكَ حَتَّى تَرَى الْقَائِمَ(معصوم علیه السلام) فَتَرُدَّهُ عَلَيْه.
مرحوم خوئی اشکال کرده است: در این روایت، فرض تعارض نشده است و روایت فقط در مقام جعل حجیت خبر ثقه در صورت عدم وصول به محضر امام زمان عجّل الله تعالی فرجه می باشد.
شهید صدر دو اشکال به مرحوم خوئی کرده است: 1- این روایت اطلاق دارد و یکی از مواردش، فرض تعارض است.
2- اشکال اصلی: از عبارت (کلهم ثقة) فهمیده می شود که وثاقت کل(راوی چند خبر) در حکم به توسعه دخیل است که این فرض تنها در فرض تعارض است؛ زیرا در فرض غیر تعارض، وثاقت راوی هر خبری فقط در اخذ به همان خبر دخیل است.
این دو روایتی که از کفایه نقل کردیم، دلالتشان تمام بود ولی چه کنیم که مرسله هستند.
