دو نکته درباره آیه ایذا وجود دارد

خلیی متوجه منظور ایشان نشدیم ممکن است منظورشان این باشد که آیه در مقان بیان حرمت ایذا نیست فضلا از اینکه اطلاق نسبت به حصص هم داشته باشد بلکه یک واقعیت خارجی را بیان میکند که مسلمین در اثر اسلام آوردنشان ایذاء میشوند حال اینکه ایذاء حرام است یا خیر اینجا کاری به آن نداریم.

محقق خوانساری در جامع المدارک می فرمایند:
