در تهذیب در ج دو یک واسطه افتاده است از نظائر ان استفاده میشد
محمد علوی هم توثیق ندارد ولی چون از کتاب علی بن جعفر نقل شده و صاحب وسائل و صاحب بحار گفته اند این روایت در این کتاب هست ما میگوییم این سند تبرکی است که موافق آقای زنجانی و سیستانی است ولی آقای خویی می فرمایند ظاهر ان است که سند حسی است
عمده طائفه اولی این است که اومأ و هو قائم است
موثقه سماعه در کافی آمده است که یصلی ایماءا قاعدا
تعارض می شود بین نقل کلینی که قاعدا نقل کرده و بین شیخ که از کتاب ابن محبوب قاعدا نقل کرده. چون احتمال تعدد نیست لذا بین نقل آنها تعارض می شود.
یک روایت دیگر هم هست
لیس علیه الا السراویل... ویطرحها علی... ویصلی یحل ... و ان کان معه سیف
آقای سیستانی فرمودند این متن مضطرب است اول گفته شده سروال دارد وبعد میگه یصلی قائما
عرض ما این است که دو فرض مطرح شده اول اینکه سروال داشته و فرض دوم اینکه فقط شمشیر دارد
آقای سیستانی چون وثوق شخصی به صدور را شرط می دانند اینجا به مشکل می خورند

رجل خرج من سفینه عریانا
ثم یجلسان
طائفه ثالثه

این رایت مرسله است برخی گفته اند مرسله است ولی مرسله ابن مسکان است که گفته اند تصحیح ما یصح عنهم و واسطه بین آنها و امام صحیح است و نیازی به بررسی ندارد
این مبنا درست نیست زیرا این گفته کشی شهادت بر فقاهت و توثیق آنها است
اما در محاسن رسند دیگری برای این روایت آمده است
